Cinnamon Shore, Mustang Island, TXTar balls from the oil spill that closed the Houston Ship Channel last week has littered the beaches of Matagorda Island and on the northern shores of San Jose Island near Aransas Pass, state officials said after an aerial inspection of the spill area. Cleanup crews were set to arrive at San Jose Island on Saturday, Port Aransas officials said.
